Analysis of online shopping reviews based on natural language processing-taking Amazon as an example

ABSTRACT:-

A Naive Bayesian Model is built based on the idea of natural language processing, and a scoring formula based on the star rating and user evaluation is determined in order to calculate the scores of all users. It has been established that a product has a life cycle and that its popularity will wane with time. The value model for products is built, and the products are clustered to determine the value score for each product, which is used to determine if a product is successful or not.

Count the frequency of each star’s comments using Python. We pick a few words and look at the internal relationship between them and the star rating. Finally, consumer marketing tactics are being refined, with a “technology +” mode being opened and a focus on improving marketing efficacy throughout the cycle.
