Forest Fire Detection using LoRa – This project assesses students by conducting online objectives tests. The tests would be highly customizable. This project will enable educational institutes to conduct tests and have automated checking of answers based on the response of the candidates. The project allows admin to create their own tests. It would enable educational institutes to perform tests, quizzes, and sizes and create feedback forms. It asks the admin to create his/her set of questions.? Further, the tests were associated with specific groups so that only the associated faculty of the question set. Further, the result would also be mailed to the student. This project would be helpful for creating practice tests, say for educational institutes, and as a feedback form.

Purpose:

This Web Application provides a facility to conduct online
examinations worldwide.
It saves time as it allows a number of students to give the exam at a
time and displays the results as the test gets over, so no need to
wait for the result. It is automatically generated by the server.
Administrator has the privilege to create, modify and delete the test
papers and their particular questions.
User can register, log in, and give the test with his specific id, and
can see the results as well.

Existing System

The first problem is that there are loads of hard copied documents being
generated. This brings us to the age-old discussion of keeping the information in
the form of databases versus keeping the same on sheets of paper. Keeping the
information in the form of hard-copied documents leads to the following

Problems:

Lack of space? It becomes a problem in itself to find space to keep the sheets of paper being generated as a result of the ongoing discussion. The
documents being generated are too important to be ill-treated.

Does filing pose a problem? Filing the documents categorically is a time-consuming and tedious exercise.

Filtering is not easy? It becomes hard to filter relevant documents for
irrelevant ones if the count of the same crosses a certain manageable number.

Reviewing becomes time-consuming?

All the processes are done manually at the centers and all the records are maintained
on paper. So the maintenance of the record is very difficult in the
departments and as well as it’s very difficult for the workers to check the
record. The Existing system is paper-based, time-consuming, monotonous, less
flexible, and provides a very hectic working schedule. The chance of loss of
records is high and also record searching is difficult. Maintenance of the
system is also very difficult and takes a lot of time.

Result Processing is slow due to paperwork and the requirement of staff.

Disadvantages:

There will be no need to get new software every time to conduct an online test.

To solve these problems they required a computerized system to handle all the work
They required a web-based application that will provide a working environment that will be flexible and will provide easy work and will reduce the time for report generation and other papers works.

Advantages:

The administrator has the highest authority to add exams and delete users
Students can only view their test records
They should be able to log in with their id, and name.
They should be able to give the exam as per the details entered by the respective admin.
Also they should be able to view their score after the test finishes.
If already given the test then they should just be able to view their scores.
The questions should be selected randomly from the database.
The test is time-limited so the candidates appearing will have limited time to answer the best.
